Stretch and Strength

This class was originally created for dancers but soon fitness buffs and those wanting a general toning class found Stretch & Strength. It is a complete workout of all muscle groupings, not an hour of sit-ups and crunches.   A solid fitness class for everyone. We work at our own pace so there is no previous training necessary.

60 minute class - 19 weeks ($228)

Saturday at 1pm - Starts Febraury 4, 2012
