Music Theatre for Kids

CANCELLED FOR THE WINTER 2012 SESSION

A one-hour class to introduce students to the basics of singing, acting and dancing. Performance skills are developed through theatre games,

improvisation, character study, vocal and physical awareness, and speech and improvisation. Learn modern Broadway songs with choreography; write, direct and star in a commercial; work on a scene, monologue and skit. Students will work both in individual and group atmospheres, creating a well rounded performance environment. All skill levels welcome. Express yourselfand have fun!
